Prohibited discriminatory harassment is defined as:

Harassment, when directed at an individual, may include, but is not limited to:

• any conduct that may create a hostile working or academic environment

Discriminatory harassment of any kind, whether it be harassment based on an individual's race, color, 种族, 宗教,性*, 年龄, 婚姻状况, 国家的起源, 资深地位, 性取向, 残疾, 或者其他因素 is harmful to the persons involved and to the College community.
